This bilingual agreement applies to users in regions where asktao is officially distributed. If the English and Chinese versions differ, the English version prevails for legal interpretation.

本双语协议适用于 asktao（中文名“问道”）正式上架地区的用户。如中英文版本存在歧义，以英文版本为准进行法律解释。

1. Service Nature / 服务性质

asktao provides a traditional-culture divination and self-reflection experience. The service is for cultural reference and entertainment only. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, investment, marriage, employment, immigration, or other professional advice.

asktao 提供传统文化问卦与自我梳理体验。本服务仅供文化参考与娱乐体验，不构成医疗、法律、财务、心理、投资、婚姻、就业、移民或其他专业意见。

The Daoist character and responses are part of the app experience. You remain solely responsible for decisions made after using the service.

道长形象与回应属于应用体验的一部分。用户基于本服务内容做出的任何决定，均由用户自行负责。

2. Eligibility / 使用资格

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use the service. Minors are not permitted to use asktao.

你必须年满 18 周岁并具备完全民事行为能力方可使用本服务。未成年人不得使用 asktao。

3. Account / 账户

asktao supports guest use. When not signed in, the app addresses you as “Seeker” / “施主”. You may optionally bind records using Sign in with Apple. No phone number, SMS login, or email/password login is currently provided.

asktao 支持游客使用。未登录时，应用统一称呼你为“施主”。你可以选择使用 Apple ID 绑定问卦记录。当前不提供手机号、短信验证码或邮箱密码登录。

You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple ID secure. If you believe your account is being misused, contact support@asktao.app.

你需要自行保护设备与 Apple ID 安全。如发现账户异常，请联系 support@asktao.app。

4. User Conduct / 用户行为

You agree not to submit or request content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, pornographic, gambling-related, violent, extremist, privacy-infringing, minor-related, or likely to harm yourself or others.

你承诺不提交或请求违法、有害、辱骂、歧视、色情、赌博、暴力、极端主义、侵犯隐私、涉及未成年人，或可能伤害自己及他人的内容。

You also agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, attack, overload, bypass payment, exploit bugs, or use the service for fraud or other unlawful activities.

你亦承诺不进行反向工程、爬取、攻击、压测、绕过支付、利用漏洞、欺诈或其他违法违规行为。

asktao may block, limit, remove, or refuse content and may restrict service access where necessary for safety, compliance, or service stability.

出于安全、合规或服务稳定需要，asktao 可拦截、限制、删除或拒绝相关内容，并可限制服务访问。

5. Divination Flow / 问卦流程

The divination flow does not deduct merit, balance, credits, or any virtual points. The discontinued merit system is not part of the current product path.

问卦流程不扣除功德、余额、积分或任何虚拟点数。已下线的功德系统不属于当前产品路径。

Some questions may require clarification before a divination is cast. If the question is unrelated to divination or self-reflection, the Daoist may refuse to answer.

部分问题可能需要先追问澄清再起卦。若问题与问卦或自我梳理无关，道长可能拒绝回应。

6. Talisman Purchases / 符箓请购

Talisman purchases are the only current in-app purchase path. Purchases are completed through Apple App Store In-App Purchase. Product availability, final price, taxes, refunds, and payment credentials are handled by Apple according to Apple’s applicable terms.

符箓请购是当前唯一的应用内购买入口。购买通过 Apple App Store 应用内购买完成。商品可用性、最终价格、税费、退款和支付凭证由 Apple 按其适用条款处理。

Purchased talismans are virtual items for cultural experience only. They do not guarantee health, wealth, safety, success, or any real-world outcome.

已请符箓为文化体验中的虚拟物品，不保证健康、财富、安全、成功或任何现实结果。

7. Intellectual Property / 知识产权

The asktao name, Chinese name “问道”, interface design, Daoist character, copy, talisman assets, audio/video resources, software code, and product interactions are protected by copyright, trademark, or related laws where applicable.

asktao 名称、中文名“问道”、界面设计、道长形象、文案、符箓素材、音视频资源、软件代码与产品交互，在适用范围内受版权、商标或相关法律保护。

I Ching hexagrams, traditional terminology, and Daoist cultural elements are public cultural resources. asktao’s arrangement, expression, visual presentation, and interactions are original product content.

《易经》卦象、传统术语和道教文化元素属于公共文化资源；asktao 对其进行的整理、表达、视觉呈现和交互设计属于原创产品内容。

8. Privacy / 隐私

Your data is processed according to the asktao Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree that question context may be processed by asktao and third-party service providers as needed to generate responses, maintain history, operate talisman purchases, protect safety, and improve reliability.

你的数据按 asktao 隐私政策处理。使用本服务即表示你理解：为生成回应、维护历史、处理符箓请购、保障安全和提升稳定性，问卦上下文可能由 asktao 及第三方服务商在必要范围内处理。

9. Changes / 协议变更

asktao may update this Agreement when laws, services, or operational needs change. Material changes will be notified in app where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated agreement.

asktao 可能因法律、服务或运营需要更新本协议。重大变更将视情况在 App 内通知。更新后继续使用，即表示你接受更新后的协议。
