This document replaces the old Merit top-up agreement. The current product no longer sells or consumes Merit. Talisman purchases are the only current in-app purchase path.

本文替代旧“功德充值”协议。当前产品不再售卖或消耗功德；符箓请购是当前唯一的应用内购买入口。

1. Purchase Method / 购买方式

All talisman purchases are completed through Apple App Store In-App Purchase. Final prices, taxes, currency conversion, billing, payment credentials, refunds, and chargebacks are handled by Apple according to Apple’s applicable terms.

所有符箓请购均通过 Apple App Store 应用内购买完成。最终价格、税费、币种换算、扣款、支付凭证、退款和拒付处理，由 Apple 按其适用条款负责。

asktao does not access or store your full payment credentials, bank card number, Apple ID password, Face ID, or Touch ID payment data.

asktao 不接触或保存你的完整支付凭证、银行卡号、Apple ID 密码、Face ID 或 Touch ID 支付数据。

2. Product Nature / 商品性质

Purchased talismans are virtual items for a traditional-culture experience inside asktao. They do not guarantee health, wealth, safety, relationship outcomes, career success, investment return, legal result, or any real-world effect.

已请符箓为 asktao 内的传统文化体验型虚拟物品，不保证健康、财富、安全、感情结果、事业成功、投资回报、法律结果或任何现实效果。

3. Availability and Use / 可用性与使用

Talisman catalog, inventory, validity, potency, invocation status, and daily-use limits are displayed in the app and may be updated as the service evolves.

符箓目录、库存、有效期、效力、念符状态和每日使用限制以 App 内展示为准，并可能随服务迭代调整。

When a talisman is active and available for the day, you may invoke it in the app to trigger the Daoist ritual animation. Invocation is an in-app cultural interaction and has no guaranteed external effect.

当符箓处于有效且当日可用状态时，你可在 App 内念符，触发道长仪式动画。念符属于 App 内文化互动，不保证任何外部效果。

4. Refunds / 退款

Refund requests are primarily handled through Apple. You may use Apple’s official refund channel at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

退款请求主要通过 Apple 处理。你可通过 Apple 官方渠道 https://reportaproblem.apple.com 申请处理。

If a purchase succeeds in Apple but does not appear in asktao, contact support@asktao.app with the Apple transaction information. We will help verify and restore eligible purchases where technically and legally possible.

如 Apple 已扣款但 asktao 内未显示对应符箓，请携带 Apple 交易信息联系 support@asktao.app。我们将在技术和法律允许范围内协助验签与恢复。

5. Restrictions / 限制

You may not obtain talismans through unauthorized channels, exploit bugs, tamper with receipts, abuse refunds, resell virtual items, or use the purchase system for fraud or unlawful activity.

你不得通过未授权渠道获取符箓、利用漏洞、篡改凭证、滥用退款、转售虚拟物品，或将购买系统用于欺诈及违法活动。

Violations may result in loss of access to affected virtual items, restriction of service, or further action required by law.

违反规则可能导致相关虚拟物品无法继续使用、服务受限，或依法采取进一步措施。
